Training
Employees at ENMRSH fill a variety of roles. Our company strives to hire and train high-quality workers in all facets of our operations. All ENMRSH staff members receive training specific to their position and responsibilities within the company.
Employees that have direct contact with consumers will receive instruction on topics including but not limited to health and safety, disability education and awareness, service planning and fulfillment, and consumer-specific preparation customized to the unique needs of persons served.
Training classes change in response to ENMRSH requirements, trends in the service field, and mandates from regulatory bodies. Employees are required to pass all training classes in order to maintain employment with our company.
