Assistant Commissary Project Manager
Swing shift
Responsible for planning work related activities including the organization of workspace, workstations, crews, etc., to obtain a more effective and productive operation. Must demonstrate the following characteristics: be able to adapt to changing work conditions; provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; demonstrate leadership and organizational skills; and represent the agency in a professional manner at all times..

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Possess a valid driver’s license, Must have Real ID
- Receive clearance to obtain Department of Defense United States Government Contractor ID card
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Possess a working telephone
- Have reliable personal transportation to the worksite
- Supervision experience in a competitive work setting preferred.
- Familiarity with all aspects of janitorial service, use of cleaning chemicals, floor care techniques, and the use of janitorial equipment
- Minimum of three years of experience in management
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English well
- Must be able to read, write, and collect data at a high school level
- Must have ability to supervise and instruct others, make schedules, and document work according to quality control plan
- Provide supervision and function in the role as contract manger when project manager is not present
- Be familiar with ordering, controlling, and inventory of equipment and supplies
- Must be able to perform quality control inspections prior to accompanying government inspector
- Demonstrate patience
- Coordinate several tasks at once and handle various office situations including crisis situations in a calm and professional manner
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to balance, climb, bend, stoop, reach, and kneel
- Have use of arms, hands, and fingers
- Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Walk, stand, and/or sit for at least eight hours per day
